Exchanges & Returns

Our commitment to exceptional customer service goes beyond the sale, and is as important to us as the quality of the coffees we produce. If you’re not 100% percent satisfied with our products or service, contact us and we’ll make it right. If you need to exchange or return your order for any reason, simply ship the unused portion back to us and we will exchange your product or refund your purchase. Sorry, but we can’t accept returns beyond 30 days from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Policies

Because we’re committed to bringing our customers only coffees of outstanding quality and freshness, we roast fresh daily to ensure that our coffees will be delivered to you at the peak of flavor and aroma.

As a general rule, all orders received before 10 a.m. Monday-Friday will start processing that day, though your order might not ship that same day. Because of our to-order, small-batch, artisanal  approach to roasting – which requires a minimum batch size – we are unable to roast every coffee every day of the week. We will of course do our best to roast your coffee as soon as possible (in most cases, the same day), and your coffee will be shipped the day it is roasted.

We offer UPS Ground and overnight, as well as USPS Flat Rate (preferred) Priority shipping. This ensures your coffee will arrive fresh. Call to arrange local pickup or delivery.
