Renewing Families With Pride and Purpose
 For nearly a century Community Connections has been helping the families and children of the Jacksonville community. From its day care program, to after school programs, to transitional housing for women, children and families, Community Connections of Jacksonville helps connect those in need with the type of services required to help overcome challenges and become responsible productive citizens.
The number of women, children and families that need the types of services that Community Connections of Jacksonville provides is growing rapidly. Unfortunately, government assistance is being cut just at the time of this great need. We need your help. Donations, both monetary and in-kind, along with volunteers go a long way in meeting the very great need.
Founded in 1911 as the Young Women's Christian Association of Jacksonville (YWCA), Community Connections of Jacksonville is one of the oldest human services agencies in Northeast Florida, helping the needy and the disenfranchised for almost 100 years.
Since its inception, Community Connections has developed imaginative and resourceful strategies and community partnerships to meet the ever-changing and multifaceted needs of homeless and low-income women, children and families in our area.
By providing transitional housing and essential support services to help women, children and families become self-sufficient, move away from public assistance, and reach their full potential, the organization has evolved to stay relevant to the needs of those with nowhere else to turn.
Your support will help provide services and resources to women, children and families who need help to improve their circumstances in order to become useful and contributing members of our community. Donations help to fund CCJ’s core services: Housing for the Homeless, Children's Services, Parenting Programs, Community Partnerships and Literacy Programs.
As part of Bold Bean’s “Coffees for a Cause” initiative, 10% of proceeds from the sale of our Community Connections Rise-n-Shine Breakfast Blend, or personal and gift memberships into the Bold Bean Coffee Clique, goes directly to Community Connections of Jacksonville.

Our Coffees for a Cause initiative was created to help fund the efforts and special programs of nonprofit organizations that we support. Bold Bean Coffee Roasters donates directly to those organizations 10% of proceeds from the sale of each “Coffee for a Cause”.
