Coffee cupping and lecture about coffee.
This class will give you insight into the methods of producing and roasting cafe along with the details of production that contribute to the taste of a cup of coffee.
We will start the event with a discussion on how the specific terrior of Kenya, the varietals, agricultural practices and the methods of production lead to the specific Kenyan coffee flavor profile.
After the talk, we will cup our full lineup of fresh-crop Kenyan coffees.
We will teach the simple methods of coffee cupping so no previous experience is necessary.
Demos are offered every quarter and last around 2 hours at our headquarters. Most of the demo will be spent standing (chairs can be provided upon request).
