This Rugarura coffee was an interesting cup every morning depending on what grind i decided on. Most of the time it actually was heavy on the Arnold Palmer profile, but sometimes it was more spice and chai forward. I agree that it's a good roast and has a pleasant taste, but it's not something I ground everyday. I thiink the A.P. notes are too much for everyday coffee.
Each month or maybe every two months, I order every single type or a blend. This one goes to order each time.
I absolutely love this coffee—it’s hands down the best espresso I’ve ever had. The flavor is rich, smooth, and incredibly balanced, but what really stood out to me is the texture. I had seen the word “syrupy” used to describe espresso before, but I never truly understood it until I brewed a shot with SuperNova. It has this luxurious, velvety body that coats your palate in the best way.
Extremely pleased with this coffee.
As a shot(18g in 36g out ~26 seconds), a pour over, and a cappuccino. Tastes like old times. All lovely.
