Private Coffee Cupping

In this hands-on course we will cover the methods used to properly taste and evaluate coffee.
This 1.5 to 2 hour course is geared towards groups of friends or colleagues looking for a fun experience centered around coffee education or home enthusiasts looking to get more serious in their coffee tasting skills and/or
The course will cover the following topics:

What affects the taste of a cup of coffee; origin, terroir, varietal, processing and roasting

Techniques to properly taste and evaluate coffee

How to score coffee based on its specific attributes
Each attendee will receive one bag (10oz single origin or 12oz blend) of coffee to take home.
This class is held at our Headquarters/Roastery and is centered around our cupping table, current coffee offerings and likely some surprise offerings as well.
Upon purchasing a class, we will reach out to you for scheduling. If you have a specific date in mind, please email before booking. Classes can be scheduled most days, Monday - Saturday, between 9am and 5pm but must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of desired class date.
