A perfectly balanced coffee with light notes of vanilla cake, a jammy, peach-toned sweetness and a crisp and sweet brightness reminding us of sugar coated ruby-red grapefruit.  A smooth milk-chocolate body rounds out the cup.

A good but not great cup of coffee

There are many variables that are inconsistent from one person's cup to another's, but for my taste, this was an underwhelming coffee. My preference for Bold Bean so far is Sweet Spot, The Dark Side, Twi' Ha, and my new favorite Yoiner Mosquera.
This cup of coffee was a little to bitter/dark for my personal preference.
