Private and Public Class Cancelation Policies

Private Coffee Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private coffee classes require advance scheduling and dedicated instructor time. Because we reserve staff and preparation time specifically for your class, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 14 or more days before the scheduled class date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled class date are non-refundable.
  • Classes may be rescheduled at no charge if requested 14 or more days before the scheduled class date.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the scheduled class date will be treated as a cancellation and the above policy will apply.

If we are able to fill your canceled class with another booking, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit toward a future class.

Public Coffee Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Public coffee classes have limited seating. Because most classes fill close to the event date, last-minute cancellations often leave seats that cannot be resold.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 7 or more days before the scheduled class date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 6 days or less before the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund but will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the class.
  • Store credit must be used within 90 days of the cancellation date and is valid for purchases made through the Bold Bean online store only, including coffee, merchandise, equipment, and future classes. Store credit is not redeemable in our cafés.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Class registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time. Please contact us with the new attendee's information before the class begins.
  • If a class is canceled by Bold Bean, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future class.

If we are able to fill your canceled seat, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund instead of store credit.
